The relationship has weathered multiple transitions, including the purchase of the business by Bill Carney from its original owner, Casey Hoyt. The new name and rebranding wasn't just cosmetic; it represented a strategic shift for the company. We repositioned the company with a new market positioning and expanded service offerings, enabling VOXX to compete more effectively in the evolving exhibit industry. The launch of the new brand was supported by a carefully crafted social strategy and a launch event designed to introduce VOXX to the market with maximum impact.
Since the initial rebranding, we have continued to play a crucial role in VOXX's ongoing success. The partnership has expanded to include co-pitching on select client proposals, leveraging our expertise in emerging technologies and creative concepts to help VOXX pursue projects aligned with their new market positioning. This collaborative approach has not only strengthened VOXX's market position but has also deepened the partnership between the two companies.
Most recently, CRRNT's involvement has extended into high-level strategic areas. We’re providing M&A consultation on a potential deal, showcasing the trust Bill places in our business acumen. Additionally, we’re working on developing a refreshed website for VOXX, transitioning from a custom WordPress CMS to an AI-driven, no-code, headless CMS solution. We’re committed to keeping VOXX at the forefront of digital innovation.

Digging Deep and Stirring the Pot
Before we even set foot in the then, Nimlock Louisiana's office, we were neck-deep in market research, competitor analysis, and enough client questionnaires to wallpaper a stadium. We weren't just dipping our toes in - we were doing a full cannonball into their business.
Then came a three-day workshop that left no stone unturned and no sacred cow un-tipped. We're talking a deep dive into everything from back-office snafus to financial KPIs, employee gripes to market disruption dreams. It was like business therapy, but with more caffeine and fewer tissues.
The result? A that wasn't just another Keynote snooze-fest. This bad boy was packed with strategic findings and recommendations that would make Sun Tzu jealous. We're talking new market positioning, a shiny new name, a brand identity that could turn heads, and messaging that could sell ice to Eskimos. This wasn't just a refresh - it was the foundation for a whole new business, ready to kick ass and take names in a market that desperately needed a wake-up call.
Website: Building VOXX's Digital Platform and an Integrated Marketing Plan
We didn't just slap on a new coat of paint - we rebuilt VOXX from the ground up. Our brand framework was like a corporate DNA test, revealing VOXX's true character: smart, confident, and inventive, with a dash of human touch. We cooked up a brand positioning that screamed "We've got your back!" to stressed-out exhibitors everywhere.
The name "VOXX Exhibits" wasn't pulled out of a hat - it was born from deep research and a hefty dose of creative juice. We wanted something that screamed "Clear, Focused, Amplified, Electric, and Engineered" louder than a rock concert. And the logo? We made sure it was more distinctive than a unicorn at a horse show.
But we didn't stop there. We crafted a messaging matrix so fine-tuned it could make a chameleon jealous. Whether we're sweet-talking experienced exhibitors or holding hands with newbies, we've got the perfect pitch. And to tie it all together, we armed the sales team with a kit so comprehensive, it could sell ice to penguins.
This wasn't just a rebrand - it was a full-on business revolution, gift-wrapped in a shiny new VOXX package.

Guardian Pet Foods approached CRRNT with their innovative dog meal bar, we didn't just help them fetch a new name – we unleashed a whole new brand identity.
